RUST TO PRIMER TRANSFORMER

The product is designed to transform rust to paint primer when preparing metal surfaces for paintjob or before applying antirust coating. Transforms rust and forms a phosphate microcrystalline film which is chemically bonded with metal. Doesn’t affect the welding quality. Doesn’t contain free orthophosphoric acid.

USAGE: Clean the unconsolidated rust layer. Degrease the surface. Shake the can well. Damp the surface with the product using a brush or a sponge. Repeat in 15 minutes. Leave it to dry and then the surface is ready for paintjob. One can is to be used on 1 – 1,5 m2 of surface.

CONTAINS: water, surface-active reagents, additives that activate the protective layer formation.

FUNCTIONING: Application of RUST TO PRIMER TRANSFORMER leads oxides to transform into phosphates that are chemically bonded with metal surface. Phosphate film that forms on the surface contsists of smallest crystals that are divided by micropores. That film structure improves the antirust protection prolonging the life of metal surface. It also provides high adhesiveness of paint. Modified metal surface reliably resists corrosion and can be mechanically processed.

CAUTION: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soapy water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Get medical attention. If swallowed: drink water and provoke vomiting. Get medical attention.
